Berry Smoothie Recipe3 cups of frozen mixed berries
1 cup of ice
1 yogurt frozen (not frozen yogurt)
1 banana
3 strawberries or 13 blueberries or 5 blackberries
Tiny bit of milk (about 1/2 a teaspoon)
Use a blender to blend. You now have a sweet breakfast to go!
