Breakfast Smoothie Recipes That Will Transform Your Morning!
Breakfast smoothie recipes that will start your day off right! “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!” I have heard that said so much that it is starting to sound like a broken record. But the health experts are right...
I know that when I start my day with a healthy breakfast, I tend to choose healthier meals throughout the day. One reason being that I’m not starving by the time lunch comes around. I have a little bit more control over my stomach’s desires than if I had skipped breakfast. But I know what it is like rushing out the door to go to work, school, or errands and realizing that I have not eaten a single bite of food. This is where these wonderful breakfast smoothie recipes come into the picture! You can just toss everything in the blender, hit the button, pour into a cup, and take the smoothie on the go with you. You can even portion out the fruit the night before so that it goes even quicker. Not only are making and drinking smoothies fast, they also can be a nutrient packed powerhouse that will help you conquer your cravings once and for all! The reason why I said that smoothies can be nutrient packed is because not every smoothie recipe is equal. Many are filled with artificial flavorings, harmful sweeteners, and man-made “nutrients”. Man-made nutrients can be hard for our bodies to assimilate and use in our bodies. So in essence, the man-made nutrients come in one end and go out the other. What a waste of money! On the other hand, you can make breakfast smoothie recipes with whole fruit with your own blender. Whole fruit is made to give us the nutrition that our body craves. The nutrition and fiber in the smoothie satisfies our body so that we are not digging in the fridge an hour later. Please feel free to look around at your favorite flavors of fruits. There are an endless number of different combinations that you can blend up. Have fun with it! Show off YOUR smoothie recipe!
