Chia Seed Smoothie Experience...

One thing that I like about Chia seeds is that they blend well. Plus... you do not have to pre grind them like flax seeds. They have a nutty flavor similar to poppy seeds. They can turn your smoothie into jell if you don't consume it quickly as you described. They also make wonderful pets...

banana
water and flesh from a young Thai coconut
1/2 ripe pineapple chopped in chunks
ripe pear
frozen mixed fruits to make it cool
Spinach
fresh mint leaves
chia seeds
top off with cranberry juice

Blend and drink now!
