Choco-Raspberry Smoothie

Choco-Raspberry Smoothie


1 cup raspberries, frozen
1/3 cup yogurt, or one individual to your choice, vanilla, peach, blueberries....
4-5 ice cubes
one little measuring cup of Sisu Protein (plain, natural)
1/2 cup or more of Chocolate Natura Soy Milk
Optional 1/2 a banana !

Blend everything until smooth. Enjoy this wonderful Breakfast Smoothie.
