Denise's Healthy Kale & Fruit Smoothie


Handful Kale
1/2 Banana
8 Red Grapes
2 Tablespoons Ground Flax seed
2 Slices Red Apple
2 Slices Pear
3/4 Cups Water
5 Ice Cubes

Blend all in Vita-Mix on High. Enjoy!
