How to make a smoothie bursting with flavor...

by Sharon P.

DaNae: Need to learn how to make a smoothie that doesn't taste diluted? Using to much water and ice can "water" down your smoothie. Discover how to avoid that with this tasty tip from Sharon.

Sharon: I started this little trick because I am very busy and too sleepy to not have a tight system to get my smoothie together in the morning ...

I buy a gal of unfiltered apple juice from the farmer here in New York City on Saturday, and I fill ice trays with the juice making apple juice ice cubes.

- The apple juice cubes serve as ice with out diluting the drink.

- They keep the sweet taste. When I add berries, they can sometimes not be very sweet.

- Most important, it saves time!
