How to not lose weight while drinking green smoothies

How do I not lose weight while drinking green smoothies? Is there a trick to maintaining my weight? I want to see an improvement in my energy levels and my skin problems. But all the while maintaining my weight. When I'm making a green smoothie, what needs to be added?

What a great question! Most of the people are looking to lose weight with green smoothies... So you would want to add a couple of ingredients in my green smoothie recipes to maintain your weight.

Things that you can add are raw nuts, raw seeds, fresh avocado, etc. You can even use fresh juice to replace the water in my smoothie recipes. Add calorie dense foods so that you can maintain your weight.
