Just getting started on green smoothies

I just had my first green smoothie this morning and it was delicious. I plan on having it every morning in place of coffee and breakfast.
I really need to lose some weight, preferably 50 lbs. So I decided to start today and not make it my new years resolution. I want it now. So I will be logging in and checking everyone's progress as well as blogging about mine.
That's great that you are starting to drink green smoothies every day. I'm sure that you'll see positive changes in your health.
