Mocha Coffee Smoothie

I used Cafix, an alternative coffee substitute, to make my afternoon Mocha Coffee Smoothie.

This "coffee" smoothie recipe has two advantages. First is that the ingredients are easy to blend for the lower grade blenders. Second is that it gives the flavor of coffee without the side effects of caffeine. Yippee!

Mocha Coffee Smoothie

1 tablespoon of Cafix, the instant version

1 tablespoon of cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of stevia powder

1 tablespoon of agave nectar

1/3 cup coconut milk

1/3 cup water

10 ice cubes

Add everything into you blender and blend away! It made about 2 cups of delicious smoothie.
