Pear & Kale Smoothie
1 1/2 c. Kale
1 cup water
A bunch of grapes green
1 large banana
1 large pear, cored
1 c. ice cubes
Blend all of these ingredients in the blender until all of the ingredients are blended smooth. Super yummy, very light and refreshing. One of my children's favorites.
