Pear Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
1 cup plain yogurt
2 ripe pears, I removed the cores and chopped the pears up
1/2 tablespoon stevia powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup water
14 ice cubes
In order for the blender to easily blend all of the ingredients, I added the yogurt first with the rest of the ingredient on top with the ice being last. It took about 1 minute of full out blending. This recipe made just over 3 cups of yogurt smoothie.
My family really liked this smoothie recipe. I would have to say that it tasted like sweet yogurt with a hint of cinnamon. Not my ultimate favorite smoothie flavor, but it was very refreshing. I will probably try this one again some day.
