Breakfast Smoothie
1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1/2 cup skim milk powder
1/2 cup pineapple with juice
1/2 cup orange juice
greens and flax oil
You can put some bran or wheat germ in it.
