Here are some protein yogurt smoothie recipes that you can easily add protein and antioxidants into your diet. Just simply blend and enjoy!
Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie Delight1 cup nonfat plain yogurt (organic optional)
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 tsp stevia, powder
1 scoop protein powder (egg white or hemp protein)
2 ice cubes
Blend everything in the blender until smooth. Serves 1
Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie Twist1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt (organic optional)
1 cup strawberries, fresh
1 banana, frozen
1/2 tsp stevia, powder
1 scoop protein powder
4 ice cubes
Blend all of the ingredients until everything is smooth. Serves 1
