Greetings All,
This smoothie recipe is just something I came up with because I really am trying to make all my smoothies 60% veggie and 40% fruit. I gave some to my God-children and it was a big hit!
Pineapple Blush - Fresh Pineapple chunks, 1 banana, 1/2 orange, 1/2 lemon, 1 medium size beet, 2-3 Kale leaves, handful of spinach, 1 tbsp hemp powder, tbsp flaxseed oil and 1 cup of filtered water
Citrus Sunshine - 1 large orange or 2 medium size tangerines, 1 Lemon, 1/2 mango, several mint leaves, 2-3 green leaves (collard, kale or spinach), fresh ginger (according to your liking), tbsp flaxseed oil, dash of cinnamon, tbsp of agave nectar or other natural sweetener optional) and 1 cup of filtered water.
To make this a smoother and creamy add a banana or silken tofu I've tried both versions and together... Awesome!
