Berry Filling Smoothie
1/2 cup blueberries
4 frozen strawberries
1/4 cup blackberries
Handful of ice
1/2 scoop whey protein
1/4 cup coconut water
Pour all contents in blender and pulse a few times for a thicker smoothie or blend thoroughly for a thinner smoothie.
