1/4 c. - Strawberry Yogurt
1/2 c. - Frozen Rasberries
3/4 c. - Milk
1/2 of a Banana

Mix together and more milk or raspberries, depending on how thick you would like it.
If you want it to be a breakfast smoothie which would be more filling and even more healthy you can add 1/2 - 1 cup of bran.

Simple Protein Yogurt Smoothie Recipes

Here are some protein yogurt smoothie recipes that you can easily add protein and antioxidants into your diet. Just simply blend and enjoy!

Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie Delight
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt (organic optional)
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 tsp stevia, powder
1 scoop protein powder (egg white or hemp protein)
2 ice cubes

Blend everything in the blender until smooth. Serves 1

Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie Twist
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt (organic optional)
1 cup strawberries, fresh
1 banana, frozen
1/2 tsp stevia, powder
1 scoop protein powder
4 ice cubes

Blend all of the ingredients until everything is smooth. Serves 1

All Time Favorite Yogurt Smoothie!

I throw in my blender the following:

a handful of mango pieces-frozen
a handful of pineapple pieces-frozen
a handful of blueberries-frozen
a handful of strawberries-frozen
Yogurt
Agave

Blend it all in, than add some milk and blend again, and you can continue adding until you reach the consistency you love best.

All in all-delicious!! and you get a few really great fruits packed into one smoothie!
