I just came up with this smoothie recipe. I love carrots, and I wanted to make a smoothie with carrots instead of just making carrot juice. I wanted to make it tasty, but healthful. So here it goes!Thirsty? Check out more delicious and healthy smoothie recipes!
1 small carrot, peeled and cut in small round pieces
1 celery stalk, cut in small pieces
1 cup of banana, frozen or fresh
1/2 cup of strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup of pineapple chuncks, frozen
2/3 cups of water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pocket of stevia
Pour water and lemon juice in blender, then follow with frozen bananas, pineapple, strawberries, celery and the pocket of stevia sugar
