Adding cabbage to a smoothie is an interesting idea. So I decided to try it today. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It was actually tasty! My family drank all 6 cups of it! Wahoo!
Here is what I used:
Cherry Cabbage Smoothie
2 cups of water
3 cups chopped green cabbage
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of frozen cherries
2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons honey
4 ice cubes
First, I blended the water and the cabbage. Then I added everything else. I blended everything until it was smooth. Makes about 6 cups.
