Chocolate Smoothie - A Calcium Hit!
2 tbl spoons cocoa powder
4 tbl spoons tahini
4 tbl spoons agave nectar
1/2 cup water
1 avocado
1 frozen banana
handful of spinach of lettuce leafs.
8 ice cubes
Blend everything except ice cubes. Add ice cubes and blend again.
If you put this in the fridge for a few hours it turns into a thick chocolate mousse.
