Fat Free Yogurt Smoothie

1 Cup Fat Free, Unsweetened Plain Yogurt
1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1/2 Cup Water
1 Ice cube
Mix for 30 Seconds

2 Points due to only counting the yogurt used. Substitute 1/2 cup water for 1% Milk for more density and it's only 3.5 Points
