How often and how much green smoothie to drink every day?


I recommend most adults drink about 4 cups of green smoothie every day. You can choose when is the most convenient time to drink it. But in my experience... I find that it is easiest to drink the green smoothie in the morning. Otherwise... it just doesn't seem to get done.

Also, a green smoothie is a great way to "break the fast" after sleeping all night long.

You can drink the smoothie throughout the day as well. Say 2 cups in the morning and 2 cups in the afternoon. Just make sure to keep the leftover smoothie cold to reduce the oxidization of the blended greens.

If you are out of the house and still want to drink the smoothie, a cold thermos works well.
