1 1/2 cup of brewed coffee
1 cup water
1 scoop whey powder
1/2 cup of rolled oats or milled flax seed
3 tsp sugar or 2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp caramel macchiato nondairy creamer
8-12 ice cubes.
Blend coarsely at first, chipping up the ice. Then blend on a lower setting continuously for around 30-45 seconds, serve, and enjoy!
This smoothie helps me wake up and face the music, without letting me feel hungry until around lunch time.
