1/3 cup blueberries
2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Ground Flax Seed Meal
1 scoop Jarrow Formula's 100% Natural Whey Protein Unflavored
1 tbsp Madhava Agave Nectar

Hint: If you put a lot of ice, you can easily make 2 smoothies and reduce half the calories. Plus it's pretty filling, so half of the smoothie might be enough anyway. Also, if you take away the protein powder, its only 300 calories.
