Low Calorie Frappé

Here is a delicious coffee smoothie for you to try. Since there is no banana in this recipe, the chia seeds will help to thicken up the smoothie. You will also benefit from the omega fatty acids.

Low Calorie Frappé

1 cup chilled coffee
1/2 cup milk (rice, almond, coconut)
Stevia to taste
Tablespoon of coffee grounds
Tablespoon of chia seeds
Cocoa powder (optional)
Add ice to desired consistency

Let chia seeds sit in coffee until swollen. Add the chia mixture to the blender and add in the rest of the ingredients.
