Blueberry Pineapple Spinach Smoothie is a yummy mixture of flavors. I really enjoy drinking this combination of green smoothie a couple times a week. :)
Plus, I add astragalus powder for the extra boost in my immune system.
Blueberry Pineapple Spinach Smoothie
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple cubes
3/4 cup frozen mango cubes
2 bananas, peeled
6 oz fresh spinach
2 cups water
1 tablespoon astagalus powder
I first added the bananas and then all of the frozen fruit and water. I blended that until all of the fruit was smooth. Then I added the astragalus powder and spinach. Blend everything up until the spinach was liquefied.
This recipe made about 6 cups. If you have a small blender, cut the recipe in half.

Spinach Apricot Smoothie
Blender full of spinach

Evidently, I don't use as much liquid as you do, but it makes a great thick smoothie that I can sip all morning. Sometimes I put in a few spoonfuls of plain greek style yogurt for some protein.
