My Yummiest Smoothie
2 cups kefir
1 or 2 frozen bananas
1 tsp carob powder
1 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbs virgin coconut oil
2 tsp psyllium husks
stevia to taste
Blend all together in Vitamix or other powerful blender.
Makes 2 large serves.
