Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie

Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie

1/2 cup milk*
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tablespoons of sugar**
1 teaspoon vanilla
Ice (enough to fit into the glass you will use for your smoothie)

Place everything into a blender, blend until ice is crushed. Then pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!!!

*For healthier alternatives to dairy milk, try using raw nut milk or coconut milk. They are tasty and nutritious!

**For people avoiding refined sugars in their smoothies... try using stevia, raw honey, agave nectar, or coconut palm sugar. I would highly recommend the Valencia Orange SweetLeaf Stevia. It would add a delicious flavor to this smoothie.
