This orange swiss chard green smoothie is a great option to switch up your smoothie routine. This recipe has mangoes to thicken up the smoothie instead of bananas.
Orange Swiss Chard Green Smoothie
3 oranges, peeled and seeded
3/4 cup raspberries, frozen
3/4 cup mangoes, frozen
3-5 large leaves swiss chard
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 teaspoon stevia or 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Place the juicy oranges in the bottom of the blender with the rest of the ingredients on top. Blend until the mangoes are completely blended smooth. Serves 1-3
