Power Smoothie

Power Smoothie

1 cup frozen or fresh berries
1/2 cup paw-paw
1 small ripe banana
1 cup soy milk
1 cup water
hand full of fresh spinach
1 teaspoon freshly ground flax seed
tablespoon of honey or sugar to taste

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
