Pretty in Red Smoothie

1 bag of frozen unsweetened berries (raspberry, blueberries, strawberries)
1 banana
1 cup of purple cabbage
2 tbs stevia
1 tbs milled flax seed or 1 tbs chia seeds

Serves 4-5

Turns a very deep red, my family just loves this recipe.
