This smoothie recipe has a perfect texture and delicious taste. Great for breakfast, but can be a healthy snack as well!
Cinnamon Apple-Pear Smoothie
You will need:
1)a pear
2)2 ounces of water
3)4 ounces of apple sauce
4)cinnamon
5)crushed ice
6)*a bit of honey
How to make the smoothie:
1) Start by peeling the pear. When the pear is peeled, chop it into small pieces (do not cut the pear's core)
2) Add the pieces into the blender along with the applesauce, water, cinnamon, and *honey. Fill the container with the amount of ice you want. (a cup is good)
3) Blend it up! When you're done you'll have a healthy and delicious smoothie.

Pear & Kale Smoothie
1 1/2 c. Kale
1 cup water
A bunch of grapes green
1 large banana
1 large pear, cored
1 c. ice cubes
Blend all of these ingredients in the blender until all of the ingredients are blended smooth. Super yummy, very light and refreshing. One of my children's favorites.

Looking for a tasty holiday smoothie? Well, a Cinnamon Pear Smoothie just might be what you're looking for!
The cinnamon flavor combined with its aroma brings back wonderful memories of Thanksgiving and Christmas parties and family get-togethers.
Cinnamon Pear Smoothie
2 pears, ripen and stems removed
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp stevia
1/3 cup water
12 ice cubes
Toss everything into the blender and blend very well. I think that this recipe had made about 2 cups.
What you will need for this Simple Pear Smoothie:
- 1 pear per person
- As much milk as needed
Wash the pears and cut the cores out. Put the pears in the blender along with the milk. Blend it and then your done.

Pearlisious Smoothie
1 bananna
1 pear
5 ice cubes
1 low fat chocolate chip chewey granola bar
1/4 cup nuts ( peanuts, cashews, almonds, etc.)
Put it all in a blender and just blend it all up. It doesn't matter the order. Then ENJOY!
