Mr. Natural's Apple Smoothie

2 or 3 med-large freshly picked Jonathan apples
1 banana
1 handful fresh or frozen pomegranate arils
1 c. +/- Mountain High Yogurt (flavor of choice)
2 tbsp. honey (agave if you prefer) according to your taste buds
Dash or two of cinnamon, according to your taste preferences

Blend ice in your Vita-Mix, for consistency the you desire.
Pour your smoothie in chilled glasses. Add a sprig of fresh mint for presentation/consumption.

Sit on your back patio and enjoy!

This smoothie sounds very good. Bet it's just alright. The apples leave a grainy texture. And the pomegranate leaves its seeds. If you pour through a fine mesh strainer and push through, leaves a very yummy thin liquid.
