I do have to warn you that arugula smoothies are not for the weak of heart. These green smoothies can be fairly bitter. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth. Makes 3-4 cups of smoothie. Peachy Arugula Smoothie 1 banana, peeled 1 orange, peeled and seeded 1 loose handful of arugula 2-5 ounces spinach 1 cup peaches, frozen 1/2 cup mango, frozen 1/2 tsp stevia (optional) 2 cups water
Blend all of the non-frozen ingredients together until smooth. Then add the frozen ingredients and blend again. Enjoy! Makes 3-4 cups of smoothie.
