Banana Berry Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cups fat free vanilla Yogurt
1 Banana peeled and sliced
1 Cup Strawberries
1 - 2 Scoops Whey Protein Lite
1/2 cup ice
Preparation:
In a blender container combine all ingredients.
Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Pour into glass and drink.
