Banana Berry Smoothie

Banana Berry Smoothie
1/4 C Frozen blueberries
1/4 C Frozen raspberries
1/4 C Frozen peaches
1/2 ripe banana
3 pumps sugar free vanilla syrup (the kind you add to coffee)
1 C cold water
1/2 C crushed ice
Blend together until smooth and enjoy :)
*Can add whey protein if using as a meal replacement*
