1 Cup vanilla soy milk
1 Ripe Banana
1/2 Cup frozen or fresh mango
2 Heaping Teaspoon of uncooked oatmeal
1 Heaping Teaspoon Ground Flax seed
1 Cup ice
Blend and enjoy!
