Breakfast Weight Watcher Smoothie

1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 banana
4 strawberries
1/2 cup apple juice
ice

Blend above ingredients, and then add ice and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

I ran the numbers... This recipe has 5 points in the old weight watcher system.

The new PointsPlus system is 7 points.

This recipe is perfect for replacing a meal.
