Build up immune system with a XPC smoothie!
I am trying to build up immune system of my family by taking Diamond V XPC. I have found this wonderful XPC smoothie recipe that my family loves. Smoothies are one of the easiest ways to get my family to eat XPC.
I have 3 people drinking the smoothies (2 adults and 1 kid). So I used 2 teaspoons of Diamond V XPC Green.XPC Smoothie
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup of cashews
2 teaspoons of Diamond V XPC Green
6 dates or 2 tablespoons Agave Nectar
1 teaspoon stevia
1 tablespoon carob
10-12 ice cubes
I blended everything except the ice first. Then I added the ice. This recipe made just under 3 cups of carob smoothie.Thirsty? Check out more delicious and healthy smoothie recipes!
