Creamy Avocado Breakfast Smoothie
1 banana, peel removed
1 avocado, meat only
3/4 cup ice
1/2 cup apple sauce (preferably homemade and unsweetened)
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1/2-3/4 cup milk (soy or rice milk would work good too)
honey - To taste
Blend it up! Add the extra milk if it's not blending correctly. (whey or protein powder can be easily added to most smoothies too)
