French Vanilla Coffee Smoothie

by Michelle T.
(Houston, TX - USA)

I made this French Vanilla Coffee Smoothie for my husband and I this morning. It was so yummy!

It is dairy and soy free. There is some evaporated cane sugar in the creamer, but this coffee smoothie is much better than going to Starbucks.

This smoothie should work with any kind of blender.

French Vanilla Smoothie

3/4 cup of French Vanilla Coconut Milk Creamer

1/4 cup water

2 packets CafeCeps - instant coffee

10 ice cubes

Blend this all up in your blender. Makes 2 cups.

My husband and I shared this. But this coffee smoothie could be for one person.

That sounds really good! I swear that So Delicious coconut milk creamer French vanilla flavor is so tasty, I could drink it straight! I can't wait to try this with my favorite caffeine-free coffee blend.

Thanks for the coffee smoothie recipe!
by: DaNae

Wow! I tried this coffee smoothie recipe... and it is SO delicious!

I was impressed when I saw that the brand, SO Delicious, came out with their own creamers. I have actually seen them come out with dairy free ice creams, kefirs, yogurts, and who knows what they'll create next!

If someone cannot find this coconut creamer, I would suggest for them to try using regular coconut milk. Just add a natural sweetener (stevia, honey, xylitol, agave nectar, evaporated cane sugar, dates) and vanilla to create a yummy homemade dairy free "creamer".

In the above recipe, use 1 whole cup of your "creamer" to replace the 3/4 cup creamer. Then omit the water.

Simply delicious! Thanks again for sharing your recipe.

Happy Blending!
