French Vanilla Smoothie

by Kathryn Fredrick

I like to make this French Vanilla Smoothie as a special treat every once in a while. It DOES contain calories and caffeine. So please, be careful not to make it too often.

A great thing about this smoothie recipe is that it doesn't require a high powdered blender as some of the other recipes.

French Vanilla Smoothie

8 tablespoons Wild Harvest Organic French Vanilla Cappuccino Mix
1 1/2 cups water
14 ice cubes

Blend the instant powder with the water and ice. It made 4 cups of smoothie. Three of us drank the smoothie. Enjoy!!!

This recipe is not as healthy as using dates or stevia, because it uses evaporated cane sugar. But this can be a healthier alternative to a coffee smoothie from Star Bucks.
