Fruit Smoothie With a Dash of Carrot

1 cut up banana
4-5 strawberries cut in half
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 small carrot
1/2 a cup of low fat yogurt*
1-2 cups of orange juice
add any other additional fruits you enjoy

Add all of the above ingredients into the blender and start up the blender until everything is well blended. Thank You!

*DaNae's Note: Thank you for sharing your smoothie recipe with us! For people who are allergic to dairy products, they can try other yogurt options. I would highly recommend yogurts made with coconut or almond milk. Again, thank you for taking the time to submit this recipe.
