Fruit Smoothie With a Dash of Carrot Thirsty? Check out more delicious and healthy smoothie recipes!
1 cut up banana
4-5 strawberries cut in half
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 small carrot
1/2 a cup of low fat yogurt*
1-2 cups of orange juice
add any other additional fruits you enjoy
Add all of the above ingredients into the blender and start up the blender until everything is well blended. Thank You!
