Green Pinapple Smoothie Recipe

My family just enjoyed a green pineapple smoothie recipe. We had eaten way too much junk food all day long while traveling and didn't want something heavy for dinner.

So, we blended up this green smoothie. It really hit the spot for everyone in our family! It is good to know that my family received some nutrition. They actually got a whole salad in a glass. :) It was super easy for me to blend up a smoothie rather than cooking a whole meal.

Green Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
16 leaves of romaine lettuce
5 dates (pits removed)
1 banana
1 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
6 ice cubes

I first blended the lettuce, dates, banana, and water to break up the dates. I then added the frozen pineapple and ice and blended until everything was creamy. It made about 5 cups of pineapple smoothie.
