Healthy Additions to Green Smoothies


These all make great and healthy additions to your smoothies.

- Use unsweetened coconut milk to blend the fruit.
- Add hulled hemp seed, coconut oil, whey powder and Benefiber.
- Sprouts make an excellent addition with greens, as does cilantro!
- A bit of fresh lime juice can be great.
- I also love a whole, ripe, peeled and pitted mango too.
