Mile High City Apple Smoothie

Mile High City Apple Smoothie2 or 3 med-large freshly picked Jonathan apples
1/2 - 1 banana (amount you prefer)
1 handful fresh or frozen pomegranate arils
1 handful fresh or frozen blueberries
1 c. +/- Mountain High Yogurt (flavor of choice)
1-2 gentle splashes of pure maple syrup - according to your taste buds
1-2 hearty dashes of cinnamon
Blend all above ingredients adding ice to your Vita-Mix, for the consistency you desire.
Pour your smoothie in chilled glasses.
Add a sprig of fresh mint for presentation/consumption.
Sit on your deck and enjoy the view of the Colorado Rockies or simply dream you were there!
