Morning Mist Smoothie

Morning Mist Smoothie

1 cup or less of pure cranberry juice
1/4 cup of red kidney bean puree
1/8 to 1/4 cup organic coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
3 Tablespoon ground flax seed
2-3 Tablespoon ground hemp powder
Stevia to taste

Place all of the ingredients into a good quality blender. Blend till creamy and thick.
