Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe1/4 cup of uncooked oatmeal
2 tablespoons of wheat germ
1/2 scoop of whey protein
4 strawberries
2 tablespoons of peanut butter (or almond butter)
1/2 cup of 1% milk (or almond milk)
1/4 cup walnuts
Put all contents in blender, pulse for a thicker smoothie. Blend longer and put a little more milk for a thinner smoothie.
