Pineapple Raw Food Green Smoothie
To make this delicious creamy green smoothie recipe... peel two small bananas place in blender with 5 to 10 ounces of fresh or frozen spinach and 2 cups of water. Blend enough to make more room in the blender for more fruit. Cut up a small pineapple and add to the blender. Blend until completely smooth. Enjoy!
Depending on how cold you want your green smoothie, I would add one of the ingredients frozen. Either use frozen pineapple, spinach, ice cubes, or bananas. I used frozen spinach in this recipe.
This entire pineapple green smoothie recipe made about 6 cups of smoothie. The kids drank it up super fast. :)
