Protein Smoothie Recipe

I make my protein smoothie recipe with...

1 cup of mixed frozen fruits

1/2 banana

1/4 of a small apple (that I cut up and freeze until needed with the peel on)

1/4 cup of frozen blueberries

1 cup of broccoli

2 scoops of protein Lean shake mix - 180 calories for two scoops with 9 grams of protein per serving (GNC brand)

1 packet of no calorie sweetener

1 packet of on-the-go green tea (5 calorie)

about 12 oz of water.

Not sure if the water amount matters. Also, all the frozen fruits I used have no sugar added.
