Smoothie Handbook Download Problems

Question: I tried down loading the Smoothie Handbook 3 times now! It comes up on the screen but doesn't show that it is downloading. And I don't see an icon on the desktop for it or in the list of programs on the control panel. Why am I having such a problem downloading this?
